Through a multi-stage filtration process coupled with proprietary ultraviolet disinfection technology of WHI, contaminated water is converted into clean, potable water that exceeds the World Health Organization's standards for potable water. The JV company is embarking upon a major expansion in Bangladesh over the next 3 years. Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Finance Reports to: Head Finance Function: Finance and Accounts Function Description: Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and final accounts and further inputs to board meetings. Timely preparation of annual/monthly reports ensuring analysis of the performances on a monthly basis. Consolidation / Coordinating in the preparation of Financial statements. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly office and site financials Monitor all stautory workings and timely payments Finalise and Negotiate vendors for procurement MIS reporting of project cost monitoring / project site goods delivery / consumption and inventory analysis. Preparation of proactive purchase plan depending upon the order pipeline and project completion deadlines Ensure budgetary controls and avoid cost overruns Reconciliation of Supplier bills  and payments Monitor inter Branch (Hyd / Vja) transactions Resolution of queries related to auditing Monitor expenses and reimbursments Examines accounts and records and computes taxes as per prescribed rates, laws, and regulations Ensures that establishment complies with periodic tax, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements. Develop strategies for minimizing tax liability.  Cost reduction in equipment and civil costs Scrutinity and Reconcilliation of bank accounts Job Requirements: Knowledge Accounting Financial control Banking Management Information System Good knowledge in taxation ( Direct and Indirect Taxes) Tax Computation  ( VAT, WCT, Service Tax and TDS )   Industry knowledge Skill Set Accounting packages Analytical Good knowledge in taxation Tax Computation  ( VAT, WCT, Service Tax and TDS ) Examines accounts and records and computes taxes as per prescribed rates, laws, and regulations Leadership Communication Interpersonal Personal Attributes Integrity Attitude Objectivity Clarity of Thought Accountability Education: M.Com, MBA or CA / ICMA Inter or equivalent.
